If, according to Gary Gensler, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has indeed provided sufficient clarity as to what constitutes a security, why can't the SEC itself release a detailed list identifying the securities that were offered through Poloniex? — I mean, it should be a piece of cake for them.
