Two great days assisting Herts Fire & Rescue with the selection process for the post of Area Commander. Working in partnership with the training team and the Incident Command Unit Crew we ran one of our non fire scenarios to to assess the Command capabilities of the candidates.
One of the team was lecturing on Fire Development yesterday. Using his actual class to show fire spread in several mock-up videos, this is one of them. It was a bit of a surprise when there was a fire alarm in the building at the same time. University of Wolverhampton Fire and Rescue Degree Course BSc (Hons) 😳
