Is blocking King St for 4 days with its busy streetcar route such a good idea? The truth is that the festival is really a revenue generating tool for TIFF (various companies pay fees for a spot on King St and TIFF gets most of it with City of Toronto getting a bit for maintenance

Can anyone tell me if it is still verboten to have two front doors in Toronto on a multi-unit house? Did recent ruling permitting 4 units also do away with the ban on 2 front doors unless you go through COA?
