I like Geese a lot but the 70s blues rock revival type songs are the ones that are the least interesting. They’re a lot better when they lean into the songwriting imo

there are many laugh out loud moments throughout NIRVANNA THE BAND THE SHOW THE MOVIE but the way in which a character realizes “oh my god we actually did time travel” is so so so so so funny that I need to go see it again in a theater and experience it with a crowd

Do Nirvanna The Band The Show fans know about the Flight of the Conchords tv show? I feel like no one really talks about it but it was so formative to me

I revisited ILL COMMUNICATION and CHECK YOUR HEAD recently for the time in years (both still great!) and I don’t know if there’s a more “this would be terrible if executed by any other group of people” band in history.
