Remember staying at home because of illness/disability is not an excuse or choice. It's not watching TV all day, having fun or resting. It's struggling with symptoms and finances, being frustrated, exhausted, and wishing you could do all the things people accuse you of avoiding.

I have #epilepsy and had my first child in October. I can't seem to shift the fear of having a seizure.. which then leads to feeling guilty for being a 'bad mum'.. Does anyone have any advice on how to overcome this feelings?💜
