We will be part of Alzheimer Scotland Aberdeen Dementia Research Centre's community cafe on Tuesday 30 April from 2-4pm at 13-19 King Street, Aberdeen. We will be there to answer questions about epilepsy, provide information, and explain more about the support services we have available.

Tonic seizures will see a person's body suddenly stiffen and breathing stops as all the muscles are being given a signal to go rigid, and if unsupported, the person may fall.

People living with epilepsy can experience one or even all of the above seizure symptoms.
They can experience other symptoms such as a sudden feeling of fear or anxiety, racing thoughts and breathing difficulties.
