In 2022, I rode a bicycle with my college friend on a trail in Spokane. I hit my head on a steel railing on a bridge overpass with no helmet. I had brain surgery and, a month later, a seizure at work. I have been on anti-seizure meds since, and my recovery journey is day by day.
