It was cool to watch Swallows, House Martins and Sand Martin landing on Conwy estuary mud RSPB Conwy. Swallow adult and juvs were collecting gull feathers presumably relining nests between broods Cofnod

Some #curlew calling as the roost disperses on Conwy Estuary RSPB Conwy this evening. It included a bird ringed in mid Wales in Oct 23. Young Swallows practicing to drink, a young LRP and 6 Whimbrel too. Sound on 🔉

A cracking birding session with Rob Robin Sandham at Gronant, Flintshire. 28 c-rings read from the 700+ Sandwich Terns. This superb adult Caspian Gull stole the show (look at those wings!). Also at least one adult Yellow legged Gull (last video) amongst 1000s of gulls WBRC - Welsh Birds Rarities Committee 👍

A big #crbirding session with Marc Hughes at Gronant totalled 27 Sandwich Terns read (flock 600+) and he only goes and finds an adult Casp and YLG. #clubsandwich #seabirds
