Benefits Of Training MOBILITY (not just strength)

★ less pain (especially in the low back)
★ better range of motion
★ more strength/performance
★ less injury risk

Strength is awesome but mobility is crucial long-term. Don't overlook it.

I woke up this morning EXCITED to squat (yea weird) and they didn’t disappoint.

Fluid, engaged and works up to a nice 120 pounds (video of 110 I think).

ATG split squats.. death of me lol I used to have to do these elevated to nail them down and it’s taken a year or slowly scaling down to the ground.

They’re still not perfect but damnit they’re effective for mobility and strength!

Sucky toddler aside, my shoulder doesn’t want to rock that depth yet.

Check in with where I'm at, what I'm proud of, where I want to be and how to get there.

You are NEVER too late to re-prioritize, to be better or to self-reflect. But, just because you have doesn't mean you're not a badass right now ;)
