My go to stance in the deadlift is a semi sumo one.

This month I’m switching it up to conventional and damn are my hamstrings on fire.

One small tweak, all different feeling. When you think you’re a badass, switch your stance or grip.

Then keep crushing it.

Was hoping to do it with a twenty pounder to feel cool but fifteen was as high as I could get.

Six years ago I laughed at the thought of doing pistol squats. Now I do them semi frequently as I’m scared I’ll lose the ability 😂

Best part of my day right here.

Upper day (so handstands haha) and the two youngest joined in. Each did about 10 handstands with a 5-10 second hold and I was SO proud.

Rest day today but the kiddos were bored before school 🤷‍♀️

So we hit the gym for some activation drills, mobility, and sillies.

I’ve made gym time so ingrained in our mornings everyone is confused when we don’t go. And I’m proud of that.
