£1 per pack loss on Omeprazole 20mg caps is now history. New market price is £2.75. So £2 loss for every pack dispensed! We dispense about 1000 packs a month in each pharmacy. So £8000 loss per month on one line across my 4 pharmacies on 1 line. @PSNCNews Leyla Hannbeck National Pharmacy Association
Dear Minister Neil O'Brien & Department of Health and Social Care ,the medicines supply issues &cost of medicines are getting out of control. Plz acknowledge it.The way things are going we have severe concerns for patient care & for survival of local pharmacies. Plz do something before it’s too late.
We think it’s absurd & unfair that pharmacies are often paid less by the NHS for prescription medicines than the cost at which they can buy them. 81% of the public agrees! (NPA-commissioned survey September 2022) #dispensingataloss @PSNCNews NHS England

What's happening with the common ailments service and the contraceptive service? Why are we STILL waiting for information? It's pretty simple. NHS England must purchase capacity from us. We need certainty to enable us to invest. Purchase x appointments over y time. Why the delay
NHS Business Services Authority NHS Department of Health and Social Care Community Pharmacy England how is this allowed? And if this is private service (not NHS) why 40 and over? It needs investigation as i m sure this is not allowed!
