I usually stay up after girls go to bed and work through all my anxiety and panic I’ve had to bury and hide from them throughout the day it’s a lot on me in every way you can think of !!!!! I often wonder how much my mind or heart can take of the stress and mind racing.

I’m grateful to just have mental health to live with considering everything I’ve experienced. I don’t feel like a victim I feel like I need to use my terrible experiences to educate and look for signs to help others I truly feel that is my calling.
