So it’s fine for basketball and hockey to have a season when the positivity rate is over 10% but our football season was canceled when the positivity rate was less than 2%. Glad they can play this winter but the hypocrisy is insane

2/6 Our kids were misled, placated & strung along for months when it was clear that there was no intention to have a football season. All the while we sat back & watched young athletes compete & earn opportunities to play in college while they patiently waited their turn

Professional Football, Div 1 Football and High School Football in multiple states played with minimal spread of COVID, yet some people still use the term High Risk Sports. I feel sorry for those in the state of CT that lost their senior football season today. SHAME CIAC Sports
