Pseudomonas: bad bug, few drugs and complex resistance making AMR diagnosis hard. What about MALDI-TOF? We show that it is feasible to use MALDI-TOF with AI to predict AMR for Pseudomonas (at least for some drugs). A thread (1/5) biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
