Last week, the team at Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS FT put together care packages for patients at the end of their life. A patient’s daughter asked if her mum could have a pink blanket, along with a heart that said ‘Mum’ - something her daughter could keep forever 💕 #NoOneDiesAlone
