Happy #IWD2024 ! During the day, we will be celebrating some of the fantastic women of #TeamMKUH . As well as sharing successes, there is still lots we need to do to close the pay gap and will continue to work with our colleagues so that all voices are heard and changes are made.

The results from the 2023 NHS Staff Survey were published today and MKUH colleagues are amongst the most engaged in the country.

Over 2,000 MKUH colleagues submitted their feedback and the Trust performed above average in all areas.

Oxford University Hospital will run the Radiotherapy service at Milton Keynes.
