I am literally begging that if you see someone in a mask in a small space with you, instead of saying “do you want me to mask?” Just say “oh let me put a mask on!” That way it’s courteous and not putting the person masked in a position where they have to say yes

1. PTSD and CPTSD are not a joke. They’re life altering and can radically reshape your physiology, not just your mental health. 2. Far more people have forms of post traumatic stress than are diagnosed. The vast majority, I would say, are never formally diagnosed.

Keeping an eye on this. I dont currently offer TT because it requires close monitoring that I have never been trained to perform, but it is something I am hoping I can learn in the near future! RTHM does offer this service, and I have a patient who had improvement on TT
