In 2023, we saw people risking and losing their lives on a dangerous migratory route in the Central Mediterranean. But working together aboard the Ocean Viking, IFRC and SOS MEDITERRANEE teams saved thousands of lives at sea. And we will continue to do so in 2024. 🛟🤍

Last night, the Ocean Viking crew completed 3 more rescues bringing people from overcrowded, unsafe boats aboard the ship. The IFRC and SOS MEDITERRANEE is now taking care of 261 survivors, including pregnant women and children.
