Stanford paid 35,000 people to quit social media. This was the largest study on emotional health in history. The results were so shocking, scientists called it "comparable to therapy." Here's what happens when you break free from the algorithm: 🧵

If you're not sure, it's a no. If you don't feel safe, it's a no. If you're not ready, it's a no. If your body rejects their energy, it's a no. If you feel uncomfortable, it's a no. If it feels forced, off, or wrong, it's a no. Maturity is saying no without explaining

🐾 For 173 days, Max waited. Behind the bars, he watched every visitor with silent hope—for a glance, a wag of a tail. But day after day, people walked past without stopping. Too big, too old, not “friendly” enough... He withdrew into himself, lost in the waiting. 🕊️ Until day

If you look closely enough, you will notice that people who spend their time judging others, are usually struggling to improve their life. They aren’t happy with the direction they are going in, and feel helpless. Their escape is to focus their negativity on others.

I have never felt such love, comfort, and compassion as I do right now. I wanted to tell each and every one of you, thank you, and I love you too. We are taking one day at a time. We are going to be ok, I know we will, but it hurts so much. Home doesn't feel like home anymore,

Friends, before we kick off the 4th lighting sparklers & fireworks, let’s take a moment to light a candle for Brad. To remember him & send love & prayers to Heather (Farmer Crafted) & family, who would give anything to spend one more holiday with him. We love you, Heather❤️🙏

Would you get up at 5AM every morning if you could see sunrises like this one? We see them here just about every morning in the summer. This morning we have 22 degrees and sunshine but may get some rain late this afternoon.

It is a nice sunny morning here without a breath of wind. Yesterday and so far today we finally got some summer weather after a very cool spring and early summer. Until now the temperature refused to go above 12-14 degrees although we saw a lot of sun.

Just seen, in Dana Point, CA Which begs the question: Q: Why did the chicken go to the beach? A: To get to the other tide 😉
