I'm happy to say that my first ever batch of raw goat milk Gouda turned out DELICIOUS!
It created a lot of CO2 and made many, many holes in the cheese which looks so cool!
It melts like a dream, it's creamy, salty, and not a hint of goatiness which I was worried about with aging…
