Once again the mistakes of the past don't prevent blame being deflected onto the masses, which has now clearly backfired UEFA. Will Ceferin take responsibility and step down for this embarrassing shambles? mirror.co.uk/sport/football…

"Rather than developing a proper evidence‑based approach, which would have shown that Liverpool and Madrid fans are among the most amicable in Europe, they worked backwards from a flawed conclusion, casting them as a threat to manage, an enemy to squash." theguardian.com/football/2022/…

It is [the Liverpool fans], and them only, who prevented the situation from turning into a catastrophe. Their collective response to the inhuman treatment they received will remain one of the most fascinating things I’ve seen around a football game. theguardian.com/football/2022/…

There is no example in modern history of Liverpool supporters conducting a pitch invasion. Yet UEFA CEO sees fit to claim intel suggested high probability of pitch invasion at CL final but refuses to offer evidence. #corrupt #uefa #standard #neverchanges

Sat outside, 8PM, half a mile from Allerton Manor Golf Club and the music is loud enough to understand lyrics. Looking forward to a hotel, more weddings, extended licenses and live bands -- said nobody living within a mile.

liverpoolecho.co.uk/whats-on/food-… Yep had exactly this from a £50 Booths Supermarket turkey on Christmas morning. Opened direct from the fridge to cook and it smelt grim, slimy and not suitable. Sad times when costs go up but standards come down.

The charging dock on my Basilisk Ultimate is faulty. Looks like a common complaint (design flaw). R Λ Z Ξ R wants to charge for a replacement after I've literally just taken delivery of a 200 quid keyboard. Time to look to Logitech G me thinks.

Well, it’s been an interesting couple of days. Happy that this ridiculously out of proportion story seems to be abating and very much looking forward to presenting Match of the Day on Saturday. Thanks again for all your incredible support. It’s been overwhelming.

Great work by BBC Sport in underlining the need to dismantle the BBC. If basic morality requires censorship by government diktat then it's existence is pointless. Well in Gary Lineker hope you're better appreciated elsewhere.

Remember you can now look out for authentic twitter accounts easily. They are clearly indicated by a lack of a blue tick, and aren't paying a premium for free speech. There are also other public platforms for discourse that haven't been spectacularly botched since takeover.
