During the Changing of the Guard this morning, officers noticed a child at the front getting upset because of the large crowd.

To help calm him down, officers invited him over the barrier to have a closer view of the ceremony.

Remembering Corporal Channing Day, 3 Medical Regiment Royal Army Medical Corps, fatally injured when her patrol came under fire in the Nahr-e Saraj District, Helmand Province, Afghanistan on the 24th October 2012 aged 25. Channing was from Newtownards, Co. Down. #Afghanistan
