He was a teacher, a father, and a citizen with rights. Now, he’s another name in Kenya’s growing list of police custody deaths. Mwalimu Albert Ojwang was arrested for a misdemeanour and died in police custody under suspicious circumstances. His death demands answers—and justice.

We were to delighted to host a membership sensitization drive in Kisumu West CoC 3rd of October, 2025 at Kotetni AIC church from 9-11am. We remain committed to spreading awareness on human rights.

We were well represented by some of our members in Jowi FM earlier today where they discussed how to improve community policing in Kisumu county. We believe in communities being proactive in bringing change.
