A2: I would thrive under a transformational leader. Being able to identify with the leader and having them solicit ideas from me would make me feel valued and want to work harder. #SDEReads

A3: I need to improve on managing conflict. I get very uncomfortable with confrontation. I tend to try to stay out of it rather than helping to resolve it. #SDEReads

A4: I struggle the most with self-efficacy and what I think others think of me. I think most of us are very critical of ourselves, but I also think that others are very critical of me, too. I have no evidence of that, but it is how I think. #SDEReads

A5: Roll with resistance - "Breathe the resistance in..." This is hard to do in the moment, but so necessary. Engage - "let our guard down and attempt to relate to the student on a human level." Our students are humans! We need to treat them as such. #SDEReads

A6: It is hard for me to pick one thing. There is so much valuable information in this book. What really stands out for me, though, is working together as a team in a positive/optimistic way for the benefit of the student and the success of the behavior plan. #SDEReads
