Trying to amend my tuiuk holiday which is cancelled is like pulling teeth! Price increases of over £1000 from 1 screen to the next. Full of false advertising!! Feeling incredibly disappointed when tuiuk is always our holiday company of choice!!

Worst experience last night at Travelodge UK Marylebone. We were told there were no rooms available for us after they had given our pre booked dbl room to someone who had booked a single. At 1am after 90mins of faffing we got this for our £200!
