The new Midland Metropolitan University Hospital is open! A big thank you to the 80 staff across the organisation who are today transferring almost 200 patients from Sandwell Hospital across 33 PTS and 999 ambulances. Please note, as of 5am today, A&E at Sandwell is now closed.

Our takeAIM fellow Husam gave an oral presentation in Bangkok, Thailand on overlap between acute medicine and stroke medicine to a global audience- promoting acute Medicine and its application with stroke medicine as specialist skill. SAM Online
