*Open justice help needed* I recently requested a copy of a judgment. I have been joined as a respondent and have been asked to make written and oral submissions in due course There is the possibility of an anonymity order being imposed on a party

Most striking revelation here is that *judges* are trying to be transparent + disclose court docs to observers, and the system is failing them. Requests don't reach them in time, docs are submitted late, HM Courts and Tribunals Service don't respond to judicial request in timely way. This is grim.
