In the Michaela case, the High Court held that the ban on ritual prayers did not interfere with the pupil’s right to manifest her religion.

This is a hearing about an appropriate placement for a woman in her 20s with anorexia and other mental health issues including trauma symptoms. Celia Kitzinger watched most of a day of this hearing on 18th April - she + her father were objecting to the proposed placement.

Who else is observing?

If you are involved with the Mental Capacity Act you need to understand that your assessment could end up before the Court of Protection.

Likewise, any of us could find ourselves having a decision made for us by the court.

Observing the CoP is invaluable for your understanding.
