Happy New Year to all of you, friends. May the new year bring joy and comfort, but most importantly, may it bring more healing to all the children we serve. May God continue using us as vessels through which His love and healing hand will manifest.

Back in the days, Esso kerosene was a lifeline in Uganda, especially from the colonial period through the 1990s when electricity was limited and unreliable outside a few towns. For most rural families, it was the only source of light through tadooba lamps and hurricane lanterns.
