.Metro Forward Randy Clarke this is absolutely unacceptable for a major metro stop. No escalators in service, only one set of stairs, they’ve barely been shoveled, and there’s no salt. Workers said machines to move snow never came so every escalator froze. Unbelievable. Poor management.
