Public school, as a whole, isn't failing our kids. Society is failing to remember what public school was designed for. We've been expecting more and more from public schools that have well exceeded the funding provided. Understand this Prius was never meant to be a Ferrari.

Please don’t respond to entire staff regarding issues of one person. Address these concerns privately with the individual. Handling conflict face to face may not be easy but is key. Responding to all makes the innocent feel like they’re in trouble & this crushes morale

Preventing unsafe behavior towards teachers and reducing disruption will improve teacher wellness. Hiring a wellness coordinator at the central district office and paying them six figures will not improve teacher wellness.

Lele being sent home over Harry is just ABSURD! I don’t want to watch anymore because of it. Lele was always improving, taking in the judges’ critiques while Harry was barely moving and only getting votes because of the “relationship” he has with Rylee.. ugh. #DWTS
