We are saddened to learn of the passing of Elder Gilman Cardinal. Elder Cardinal generously shared his teachings with many at NorQuest. His recent Indigenous completion ceremony speech was a highlight for many. The flags in Miyonohk will be lowered in Elder Cardinal’s honour.
