Just been to Street burger in Covent Garden, London, by Gordon Ramsay It is perhaps the worst burger I’ve had in years Wish a real chef can go into their kitchen, swear a bit, and set things right
Been so focussed on the shocking news about BBC Singers I didn’t post a breathtaking concert led by Bjarte Eike and Barokksolistene for LondonHandelFestival. With students from Royal Academy of Music and Guildhall School of Music & Drama they blew us away with Handel, Norwegian and Celtic sounds 💥🧡
Bjarte Eike's Barokksolistene capture the sound world of rebellious London under Oliver Cromwell’s draconian laws abolishing the capital’s lively arts scene. Produced with the award-winning director Dominic Best, Alehouse Sessions will be broadcast on BBC Four on 23 April.
Step back in time with a 17th-Century sea shanty performed by Bjarte Eike and Barokksolistene in one of London's oldest taverns. 🎻 🍺 For more fiddle tunes, drinking songs and sea shanties watch The Alehouse Sessions Sunday at 9pm on BBC Four and BBC iPlayer
This Sunday 9pm BBC4. Night in. CHOONS. ❤️❤️❤️ Bjarte Eike
