The Royal Academy of Music has announced the musicians who will receive honours this year. The star-studded list includes Evelyn Glennie, Yuja, Roderick Williams, Alexis Ffrench, Carolyn Sampson 🇪🇺 and more. The musicians will be recognised for their significant impact in the field. 👏

Our postgraduate students are joining forces with students from The Courtauld for a series of short performances designed to draw you closer to The Courtauld Gallery’s collection✨🖼️

The Academy has joined forces with Brubeck Living Legacy and Ubuntu Music for a new prize scheme ✨ 🎷

Each year, it will be awarded to one of our jazz students or recent graduates, with the winning student's album released on the Ubuntu Music label.

Happy birthday Rachmaninov, born on this day in 1873 ✨🎂

Recorded in 2019, Sir Charles Mackerras Chair of Conducting, Edward Gardner conducts the Academy Symphony Orchestra in the finale to Rachmaninov's final piano concerto.
