Parental alienation has become a damaging tool in family courts, one that abusers often exploit to discredit survivors and undermine their experiences of domestic abuse. We’re advocating for critical changes in how our justice system approaches these claims.

My concerns: - There was never a FFH. - Upon what {limited} evidence was it decided not to have a FFH? - Despite no FFH or determination of M’s allegations, who decided they are “false?” - M’s “consent” to transfer…is it really consent? Or a woman worn down into compliance?
