there is plenty of benefit to art taking a long time to create, there's so much growth there, mental & physical, when everything is expedient you lose so much appreciation for the work & you put much less thought into it - you make things count when you understand the investment

We've stopped with certifications. That's a flawed and unfair system in general. I do not wish to participate in that. Educators should qualify themselves based on their merits as a teacher - to inspire kids making art - not on knowing which buttons to press in software.
