tried out Diaspora Co. Spices's wild ajwain – a seed with minty, licorice-y flavor – on a salad with blood orange, meyer lemon, pomegranate arils, kale, celery, and toasted pine nuts (and more lol). highly recommend! would happily throw together a recipe for the diaspora blog :)

2/ Just like a relationship, it's important we do a reflection ever so often. The internet can be a strong force that pulls us outside of ourselves. We stop doing things for us instead for others & external validation. Are you writing and sharing for yourself? Is this still fun?

i cant believe how long i've been sleeping on cabbage. keeps for days i.e. a single person's dream, perfect for the best type of salads (punchy and crunchy), incredible when seasoned properly, it's really doing so much for us, the humble cabbage
