The response to the pay offer from Department for Education is now in from the four teaching unions. Of the members who voted: 98% of National Education Union voted reject. 87% of ASCL voted reject. 90% of NAHT voted reject. 87% of NASUWT voted reject. We can't all be wrong, Gillian Keegan.

I’m all for research, but I can’t help but think we completely overthink and over analyse teaching sometimes. It’s more simple than we want to believe sometimes. What do they need to know, what’s the best way to help them learn it? Stripping it back is no bad thing.
