Heart failure in pts treated for adv Hodgkin. - 2000-2018 (ie recent) - Most ABVD (some eBEACOPP) - 10 comparators per case - 1994 pts, med cum dox 237 mg/m2 - Adj HR: 2.94 - RF: DM, MI, age Anthracycline pose signif long term risk. Great work. Godtfredsen et al. #EHA24

The potency of abnormal genetic fusion in chronic myeloid leukaemia in our latest study nature 👉🏽 nature.com/articles/s4158… This cancer is an oddity - one of the few single genetic “hit” cancers, a short trajectory (few years) from start to diagnosis, and explosive growth.

This is not the usual phylogenetic tree of somatic mutations showing what clonal expansions are present and when they arose in a tissue. It additionally shows which cells within the tissue are affected and how the mutations change those cells. Congrats Dan Landau! Lovely work!
