CONGRESS | #SOHO2024 Chris Hourigan Fralin Biomedical Research Institute discusses MRD as a surrogate endpoint for clinical trials in #AML, emphasizing the difference between the cases for regulatory and clinical use but noting that there is potential for its use as a surrogate in the future. #AMLsm
If you’re still at #ASH24, stop by poster #4333 and talk to Katarina Micin about her work on single-cell MRD analysis in #AMLsm! Very proud of her great work and nice poster! #leusm #hematology Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center
I'm honored to receive the Pap Corps Endowed Professorship in Leukemia! It's been a great 5 years Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center and I am looking forward to what we can achieve together with Pap Corps in the coming years! Thanks to Pap Corps, Susan Dinter, Sally Berenzweig & Stephen D. Nimer, MD!
The final version of our paper on CD123 expression in different genetic subtypes of AML is now online #TargetedTherapies #hemepath #LeuSM onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/bj… British Journal of Haematology
This is not the usual phylogenetic tree of somatic mutations showing what clonal expansions are present and when they arose in a tissue. It additionally shows which cells within the tissue are affected and how the mutations change those cells. Congrats Dan Landau! Lovely work!
Wow!! 🔥🔥 CDK4/6 inhibition prevents selection of #ClonalHematopoiesis with DNA-damage repair mutations after chemotherapy! Awesome presentation from Irenaeus Chan from Kelly Bolton MD PhD lab! #ASH25
