After viewing an apartment, Complainant was informed that Respondent did not take vouchers.

To be clear, the Good Cause eviction bill has never capped rent increases at any %. It is a defense against eviction under certain conditions, including if a landlord seeks to raise the rent 'by 3% or 150% of CPI, whichever is higher.'
