Excited to share our latest preprint collaboration with Lennard Halle, MD, under the supervision of Gray Camp, Fabian Theis, and Treutlein lab. We construct the first comprehensive transcriptome cell atlas of diverse organoid systems, derived from human endoderm stem cells.
We are searching for a Master's Student/Intern to join the group for 6-12 months to work on large-scale bioimage analysis of complex human model system data! Please send your CV to: [email protected] #IHB
Thrilled to share our Human Endoderm-derived Organoid Cell Atlas (HEOCA). We compare organoids with primary tissues, assess culture strategies, and explore disease models. In collaboration with Lennard Halle, MD, supervised by Gray Camp, Fabian Theis & Treutlein lab.Institute of Human Biology
Congrats Quan Xu 许泉 Lennard Halle, MD et al on your Nature Genetics paper of an endoderm organoid atlas harmonizing diverse data. Exciting applications to assess fidelity, characterize perturbed and diseased states, and streamline protocol development. #OpenAccess🔗go.roche.com/msylq
We are searching for computational PhDs and Postdocs to join our group in collaboration with Treutlein lab . We have exciting single-cell technology projects that incorporate bioengineering, computation, biology, translation. Send CV to [email protected]
