Found these photos from 2022 😆😆😳 a little more greyer & wrinkly now, but more peace, strength, clarity & boundaries. This transformation was more than just losing weight. It was finding myself ✨#transformationtuesday

A little lunchtime interval run, followed by my favourite was to cook courgettes! Sautéed in olive oil, garlic, leeks, salt, mint & topped with crumbled feta 👌🏼 so good!

.Stop Smoking in 1 Hour by Paul G. Russell by all accounts AVOID this guy. He makes assumptions, based on his imagination. As a therapist, as he claims, he clearly does not have the mindset or intellectual wherewithal to make an informed or unbiased response. What a sad state we live in right now!
