Last weekend, one of our rescue technicians travelled to Anglesea to take part in a boat operators course run by Surf Life Saving GB along with York Rescue Boat. As always, a pleasure to work with other professional volunteers. Well done to all on the course in tricky conditions.

This evening, the team has been out conducting a search exercise in the Heysham head area. Tricky conditions due to recent rain but our Ruth Lee Ltd | Rescue Training Manikins casualty was located, treated, and swiftly extricated using our Paul Savage OBE stretcher.

Following our search last weekend. Our boat got a full wash down due to being in salty, muddy waters. A big thanks to Autosmart International Garstang for the donation of their multi-purpose cleaner that worked a treat removed all the ground in dirt and contamination.
