I agree. If you are able to get feedback directly, ask. I've wanted to give feedback to candidates before but didn't want to overstep. If you ask, there is a chance the person may tell you where you can improve.

I wish you'd stop flagging people who aren't smiling all the time as mean or unprofessional. People have different backgrounds, cultures and ways of communication. If you can't flag how their work is being impacted - check your own biases. 😐

So glad we gave our son a 22 year old car. He crashed it less than a year later and now needs a new one.. Imagine giving a 16 year old a car 'as nice as yours' and having to buy a new one a year later.😂😂 And the insurance!!!
