First day back at work today after a Menty B. I’m nowhere near ready but also in desperate need of normalisation. This is rough.

Want to hold myself accountable for losing weight this year so going to post what I lose (or gain) on here weekly. Week one - -12lbs (Please bear in mind I am a BIG girl so weight is likely to drop off me faster in the first few weeks)

It’s been a while so just blessing whoever comes across this with some photos of my little bestie ❤️

Week 2: another - 4lbs That means a total of 1st 2lbs in 2 weeks 🥰

Week 3: - 9lbs Total of 1st 11lbs 🥰

Week 4: -1lb Not a great week. Fighting demons and a busy date weekend meant a fair amount of crap food. Still 1lbs off is better than nothing. :) onwards and upwards! 🥰

I promised myself this year I’d put myself before others but here I am, once again, putting others before myself. Guess I live running myself into the ground. 🫥
