El Concejo de Bogotá está en manos de influencers

Por 3ra vez en 10 años, el Concejo de Bogotá no logra ponerse de acuerdo para sacar adelante un #POT. La corporación no tiene las herramientas técnicas, ni la capacidad política para determinar el rumbo de la ciudad. Urge otro procedimiento de evaluación.
