A dramatic case of Lepromatous leprosy. Clinically, there is Leonine facies. Histologically, there are dermal masses of histiocytes with vacuolated cytoplasm (Virchow cells). Fite stain reveals numerous lepra bacilli occuring singly to in clusters (globi) within histiocytes.

"Synovial Sarcoma" is known for its bland monotonous cytomorphology on FNA. Brisk mitotic activity (as seen here) is always helpful. Confirmation with IHCs (and often FISH) is quite commonly practiced. (Soft tissue mass, Abdominal wall, FNA)
