however, uncommonly chromophobe RCC can show this🔬morphology!

Vacuoles in #prostatecancer are most often seen in high grade patterns 4 & 5 - here an example of extreme vacuolization in otherwise discrete glands (pattern 3 IMO) - a finding that should NOT lead to upgrading #gupath #pitfalls
