Hamas has rejected another hostage deal ceasefire proposal. Every chance it has to relieve the suffering of Palestinians in Gaza, it rejects. Why is there no focus on its blocking any humanitarian pause? Why no pressure on it to end the suffering of Gazans? Past time to do so.

Those who tell us that standing against Israel is not antisemitism should show us that fighting against antisemitism is not the same as supporting Israel. But that’s precisely where things get entangled .. they won’t.

One doesn't have to be a supporter of Israel in order to call for the immediate and unconditional release of the hostages held by Hamas in Gaza.

You just have to be a human being with a consistent approach that is grounded in international law and human rights.
