It was a great day last week working with Barnsley Family Hubs. Thank you so much for your support and to the Mayor and Mayoress for attending and championing the mill. Families had a go at making flatbreads and grinding grain to make flour. The National Lottery Heritage Fund

The first record of a mill at Worsbrough Mill was in the Domesday book of 1086, although the exact location of the mill along the River Dove is unknown. The oldest part of the mill standing today dates from about 1625. The museum opened in 1976 #Museum30 #Introduction
